Do I Need to Be Home During the Service?
Not at all! You do not need to be home while our team completes your service. As long as we have access to the areas we're scheduled to clean, you can go about your day and leave the work to us. If you would prefer to be home, we're happy to arrange your appointment for a day and time that works best for you.

How Do I Prepare for My Appointment?
There's very little you need to do before we arrive. If you won't be home, we simply ask that any gates are unlocked so our technicians can access the areas being serviced. We also recommend moving small or fragile items away from the work area when possible. Please ensure any windows are closed.

For services that require a water connection, please make sure an exterior water faucet is accessible and turned on. We provide our own hose for the job, unless yours is stuck and cannot be removed. Our team arrives with the professional equipment and supplies needed to complete the job.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
Most of our payments are done online. We can send you an invoice via email and you can pay right on the spot. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and E-transfer are all readily available options. You may also pay by cheque.

Absolutely. Protecting our customers, their properties, and our technicians is extremely important to us. Bear Property Cleaning is fully insured and carries $2,000,000 in comprehensive liability coverage.

What Happens If I'm Not Satisfied With the Service?
We take tremendous pride in the quality of our work, and our goal is to get the job done right the first time. However, if we miss something or you aren't completely satisfied with an area we've serviced, please let us know as soon as possible.
